DROWNING in work.

Especially with Chinese New Year just around the corner, everyone is trying to collect money and abstain from making payments. Pffttt.

Not that I'm complaining of course. Drowning in a good way so I'm enjoying it. Makes me feel more ermm useful?

On another note, I should really, really, REALLY be cutting down on my food consumption starting now. Been eating too much since god-knows-when. If I go on eating like this I'll be a real potato in no time. Hahhh.

And... Someone's back! Yay! Looking forward to meeting up. It's quite weird that we seem to talk more when we don't see one another as compared to the old days when we saw each other every single day (school hours neways). Oh well, still excited bout catching up. Whee!

Went to a wedding dinner on Sat. Though it was a last minute plan it turned out to be pretty fun.

Now I'm beginning to appreciate quiet Sunday afternoons just sitting around the house reading a book or bumming around with a nice cup of milo staring out at the pool. On working days my life has become a routine:
Wake up. Work. Lunch. Work. Go home for dinner. Swim/bum around. Sleep.

Don't get me wrong, I'm not complaining bout having to work cause I'm enjoying it. But I still do miss the times where I could sleep in till noon and having the rest of the day to just "waste away".

Andddd Chinese New Year is coming!! First Chinese New Year in the new house. Wonder how that'll be. But one thing is for sure, we have so much more space to place our "tables" now. Kekeke. Ahhhh can't wait for the new clothes, good food and company!

F is for.. er Family?

Sometimes I wonder what the word "Family" means to some people. They call themselves family by name but the things they do is pissing off to a point where its ridiculous. Even I'm speechless. I wonder what I will do (or maybe what my mother would do) if all this bitching/story telling goes on longer. Someone will blow up. Maybe that would be for the better *devil grin*

Hahhhh the drama of being in a big family. Sometimes it's just like watching the movies. Oh well, at least being a "How" will never leave me entertainment-less?

Ooh and the stupidest thing happened yesterday. As if my day wasn't bad enough. The day started off with me being screwed for something I didn't do. Then to top it all off, I did something stupid/negligent. I left my car headlights on in the parking lot. And by the time dinner was done, I couldn't start the bleeding car cause the battery was dead! It was so freaking dead that even when some nice person came and help me jumpstart my car it wouldn't come alive. So I had to abandon my car at the parking lot for the night and come back for it with the mechanic today. being How Jia Yi is soooo fun *not*.

Quite a free day at work for now... Prolly coz my "boss" ain't around yet... Honestly speaking, I have no idea whether such a chilling day at work is a good thing or a bad thing... Keeping busy has been fun in a weird kinda way... Oh wells... Hope the work keeps coming in...

New year celebration kinda sucked... Big time.. And all I got out of it are 2 swollen knuckles.. Pffttt.. And I so hate those foam sprays.. They make u feel so sticky AND the smell of it makes me feel suffocated...

1st Jan was spent helping out friends at work... Free labour... Hahaha hope there really is such a thing called karma coz sticking n cutting double sided tape the whole day is pretty exhausting.. especially if you've only slept 3 hours the previous night...

And today, marks the 1st day of work at PCC Sdn Bhd... Its been an ok day fer now... Still stuck at work at this hour... And the photocopy machine is my best friend... Been photocopying things of all shapes n sizes... Pretty hectic day but its still been quite fun.. Hope tomoro will be even better... And the first thing to be done when I get home (eventually) is to jump into the pool!
